Yoga Nidra: Christmas Lullabies (Online)

My Christmas Gift to you:

Take time to slow down, to breathe, to stretch, to relax and restore your sanity during the busy holiday season. Learn how to move from a state of distraction and restlessness, to a place of deep stillness, and complete and absolute rest. Yoga Nidra meditation is practiced in a lying down position and allows us to release tension stored through all the different layers of our being (body, mind, emotions, spirit) so we can tap into the body’s own wisdom for health and healing. As you rest your mind in the soothing lullaby of your own breath, you’ll experience the fully embodied state of deep relaxation (yogic sleep) that arises spontaneously when body, breath, mind & spirit are integrated.
