A day of meditation, gentle yoga, music and poetry entered around trees, tuning into their wisdom, as we sense our oneness with the earth and all of creation.

Vickie is excited to be attending this 3 Day retreat at Samish Island, Washington. She will be reading from A Lotus on Fire, as well as teaching a Yoga Nidra practice inspired by her book.

Join Vickie for a book reading from "A Lotus on Fire" focused on readings and practices from "Happy Teachers Will Change the World," a retreat Vickie attended with Thich Nhat Hanh, articulating his vision for integrating universal practices of mindful attention into the classroom.
